‘UNFURLED’

2024

STUDIO REPAIRED (one of the leaves was broken in transit however has been studio repaired with epoxy resin. repair is not visible.

Materials: Stoneware Clay, Stain, Glaze, Gold Luster

Approx dimensions: 50cmH x 80cmW x 4cmD

'UNFURLED' explores the delicate interplay between nature and the human experience. Through the repeated motif of a blooming flower, each work in this collection captures various stages of the flowering process. This progression mirrors the cycles we navigate as individuals— Our own personal seasons of growth, transformation and inevitable change.

Just as a flower unfurls slowly, revealing its inner beauty over time, we too blossom into our best selves with patience, nurturing, and self-awareness. Yet, like the ephemeral nature of a flower's bloom, these moments of personal flourishing can often feel short lived or fleeting.

Please note that this piece is entirely handmade, resulting in slight variations in texture, finish, and size. The processes used make every piece truly unique with no two pieces exactly alike—adding to their charm and one-of-a-kind quality.

This product is water and food safe. Handle with care, gentle hand wash advised.
